CIC is apparently associated with a credit reporting bureau. This associated site offers free credit reports. What it doesn't say is that it automatically enrolls you for a 30 day trial membership and that if you don't cancel this membership, you will be charged $79.95 for a yearly term. I received no notices of this impending charge, and only realized the problem when I checked my bank statements and saw the bill. Beware of this company and it's affiliates. Go with (name removed by usacomplaints.com) instead.
