Fraudulent Charges and missed billing,

I was just informed about your web site, so I decided to look you up and report my, and my sons misfortune in dealing with capital one.

I am very aware of the games that they play and this is one that I have not read about in the issues before me.

Capital One is good for not billing you for a month and then when you do recieve a bill the following month it has various charges on it. I thought the first time maybe I missed the bill but them it became a pattern of skipped billing to amass charges and make them look legitimate.

Now I am recieving bills with unauthorized charges. I have contacted the multiple companys and they apologized and removed the charges. I scrutinize my bills each month, but how can something like this be allowed to happen?
