8 monthes to make a name changfe on a check

Eqt is an unfeeling company. We have over 200 acres of mineral rights that are on-line and producing. Due to a clerical EQT error we havent been paid for a lot of the gas. EQT has taken over 8 monthes to make a name change on the checks and still havent accomplised it. On May 20 my Dad Robert Simmons died without seing this check. My lawyer and I have jumped thru hoops to satisfy their paper trail. They were notified that his last dying wish was for that check. They ignore his dying wish... Oh how he stewed in his last day about that. THEY DONT CARE all they say is the checks in the mail. LAlso there oversized trucks cracked our basement badly. I am sueing them to collect the damages that are due us. The basement had faults but was fine for over 30 years till they came along. EQT if you read this call me. I have a few choice words to tell you. Shame on you... A dying mans last wishes... Shame
