I approached customer support regarding my cost consideration. I usually make payments online every month and my bank data is on document therefore the dealings are sleek and simple. A week ago my lender was absorbed by another lender and also the bill number and routing number were transformed. I attempted to create my cost and alter my bill info but a note kept arising declaring I currently had a current account on document. I called cust support and talked to Rochelle who couldn't aid me in just how to publish my new figures... She kept stating just I really could revise this fresh data, but couldn't strong me to which site to make use of or just how to start it... She'd take a seat on another point and state NOTHING and occasionally I'd need to request if she was still there. She'd no concept on the best way to correct the issue so when I questioned if there have been another person I talk to she claimed no... You have to attempt to determine this out!!! What???!!! Thats why I had been calling. After 20 MOMENTS about the phone. I quit... Named the automatic quantity and was really strolled thru it by a speech... Frightening, but accurate. Really dissatisfied using the INDIVIDUAL customer support.
