HSN is issuing bank cards through GEMB. I experimented with spend my consideration online., after joining my lender information along with other private information. I settled one payment online 3/3/08, on 38/09 I received notice that my bank had refused payment because I refuted the payment. I called my bank. Our lender claimed nobody from HSN GEMB had required payment plus they understand used to do not contact them to oppose cost. I talked with normal HSN customer support three times, the times I had been known the charge card part. Till scanning this website I thought maybe I'd keyed in a typo about the routing number or banking account number. While talking with the charge card people (who're out-of nation (outsourcing) they first could inform me none of my own data was available for them plus they could not correct it.

They kept mentioning me back again to regular customer support, who subsequently moved me back again to them. The 3rd person I talked with stated she utilized the info and it was empty-no routing range or banking account number have been stuffed it. It was obviously inconsistent using their own mail saying they'd the info to publish the statement, did publish it and was declined cost. The e-mail is inconsistent using the lender (who I've had zero issues with for 15 years). After studying the grievances about GEMB I'm today terrified that I'm at HIGH-RISK for identity theft. I've ended the card and required a document final statement. I believe I had been phished and have no idea how to proceed.
