My husband and myself were trying to get a loan modification, and this company has ripped us off, they have taken all the money that we were to pay out of our account. We should of known cause they asked for certain items we sent all that then said they needed more and more... Haven't done a damn thing for us yet... Been calling for weeks and have left messages and got no return calls... Im so glad people can take advantage of people... We wanted a loan modification because i was sick, and we fell in a hole, and they took advantage of us now we probably will lose the house... We already got a letter with a sale date and not much time to make it right with the mortgage company... Nice this is something i want to tell my kids...
