Took $187.00 out of my account to pay for a credit card that I decided I didn't want and has been telling me for the past 8 months that it would be credited back to my account and I have not received it to this day

I have contacted this company several times because they have taken 187.00 dollars out of my account to pay for a credit card that I decided that I didn't want to receive.

They have been telling me for the past 8 months that my money would be credited back to my account but no action has been taken. I have reported them to BBB and nothing has been done. I have received a paper for the BBB but no further action has been taken. They just told me that it was referred to the New York BBB but I never received anything more from anyone. They always tell me that no supervisor is available and they are always in meetings which I think is ridiculous.
