I did not notice their first charge to my credit card. I contested the second charge of $59.00. I was charged a third time. I contacted the company.

They "deactivated my account." I didn't know I had an account. Where did they get my credit card information?

I sent them the paperwork they requested on the same day I received it. They told me they credited my credit card account. Not true. My credit card company agreed it was not credited.

I kept records. Now Wellness Watchers MD claims I missed the 6-month refund period. I didn't miss it. They chose to not act on it. Now the 6 months is gone, because they ignored my paperwork and phone calls.

They will not let me talk to a supervisor and tell me they will call me "within 48 hours." I am not sitting by the phone.

My only mistake was paying the credit card in full without noticing their bogus charges for services I never received.
