I was trying to refinance my loan which I have with them. My interest rate is 8.69% unreal. I just wanted a lower interrest rate with the same term. I would cost me 20,000 to 30,000 thousnad dollars. Like really. This is the WORST place to have a loan through. I would never do this agian. Hopefully I can get waway from this company their customer sevice sucks beyond belief.
If this was your last chance to save your home or to purchase a home I would this one hundred times, this will be your nightmare.
