Ripoff, when I ask for a refund they called me a stupid "Bitch"

I am in the process of rebuilding my credit I recieved a call from Guardian and that this would be a great way to establish a positive credit line. I allowed them to take $249.00 from my account. I tried to call for a refund but only received bad attitudes and lude comments.
