Bank of America rips off another customer! Rip-off!

I had an account with BOA. I deposted my pay check on a Thursday evening as I always did. I thought nothing of it.
I used my check card on Sat. And Sun by Mon morning I was charged for 10 overdrafts to the tune of $300 for spending money that should have been put into my account on Friday. I called the bank and was told that I would have to pay the fees because my check was not put into my account until the Mon. Morning. I refused to and told them they can take me to court so I can tell it to the Judge.
