Rip-off! Dishonest Fraudulent billing! They took $329.80 from my checking account!

This company called me one morning with a nice sounding clerk to ask me about a credit card. They told me they recived my name from another company which i had been denied credit, and they were looking for people to help them establish or re-build credit.
I was told that i would need a balance of 329.80 in my checkin account in order to make this possible, the money was to be taken from my account on july 2 which it was, and a credit card was supposed to come to my house within three weeks, it is now august 13th and there is still no card.
Seeing as how the card was serveral weeks late, i called the company several times an they kept telling me that it would be here this week. Using my modem i put in the number online an it came up to be a fraud, so if there is any way that you can help or i can help anyone else by this please beware..
