Credit Card Fraud

I was contacted by this company in late July of this year. They took $234.00 out of my checking account on August 1st. The promised card was to be in my possesion within two to three weeks. On Sept 1st I contacted the company again because I had not recieved the card. Again I was promised a credit card within one to two weeks. It is now mid-way through November. I have talked to representatives of this company at least 10 times and each time they promised the card was in the mail and would reach me within a week or two. The last time I spoke with the company was mid October. The person I spoke with was a supervisor and he said that the company had been defrauded by the bank they were involved with and were negotiating with a new bank. When I asked for an address or name, the represntative was not forthcoming. He side stepped this question with new promises. He promised that the card would reach me by November 13th. It is now November 14th and still no card. Consumer beware!
