Business & Finance

I filled out an oline questionaire for a loan through MTM. I was contacted several days later by a gentleman named Max Anderson. He told me the terms of the loan and told me that I needed to send a $300 to start the application process. I agreed to a check by phone to be post dated for my next payday. The Check was then deposited early. I tried to contact MTM and Mr Anderson but for several weeks got nothing.

Finally I asked for a supervisor and was connected to Inna. She informed me that Mr Anderson was no longer employed by them and that I could not get a refund. I still had not received my loan documents. She told me she would research my account and get back to me. I have never heard back... About 8 weeks after they got my money, then emailed the loan docs to me. The terms and conditions were nothing like discussed by Mr Anderson and myself.

I have tried calling and have left several messages. Nothing happens. I have filed a complaint with the Dept of Real Estate and also with the FBI for internet fraud. If anyone knows of a suit being filed I would like to be included. I just want my money back.

I was offered a $10,000 loan online. Janice Anderson made it sound so legitimate and professional& up to a point. I sent $800 as an "insurance payment" and then was told I needed to send $600 more to release the money
