Whitney Bank
Invalid Charges

This bank charged me $33.00 in fees for a $10 payment even though I SPECIFIED that no charges should be covered if the funds were not available! This account was set up BEFORE the Whitney Bank and Hancock Bank merger. I HATE Whitney Bank. The customer service is horrible and I truly hate that Hancock Bank is associated with this institution. I was a customer of Hancock Bank for over 25 years and now I'm seriously thinking about finding another bank. I did file a complaint with the FDIC.
