Free trial is a scam

Registered for that free trial offer - subsequently forgot about this. I never obtained JUST ONE declaration from their store after which after I eventually observed $11 monthly have been billed to my charge card, they terminated but would not provide any credit back though it had NEVER been utilized. Totally silly customer support stated I'd been sent monthly claims - that we never got. How will you claim together on that - i examined my junk and nothing there both. I skipped it on my visabill once we have soo many dealings on the website an additional myfax consideration that people do use. I am very disapointed that there customer support individual - Shane at nearby 397 (no lastname could be provided) was so unempowered to complete the best thing. Our tips to the team for myfax have ceased by today! I had been provided a mailing address due to their HO but there's no telephone number to contact. That isn't right both.
