Concerning This America's Servicing Conmpany: making my life a living hell. Biggest rip off!

In October we refinanced our home. As far as we knew A company called option one were the ones who had our loan. One night in November some person shows up at our door and tells us he is there for a payment on behalf of America's Serving Company.

We were bewildered at this point because we never heard of this company and had no idea what was going on. The man then mentioned that he was at others properties that day where he had the same response. We told hom we were not going to submit a payment to someone we did't know and and if what he was saying was true, we should have been notified already, at which point he left. Our first payment was not supposed to start until November.

We made our first payment at the the end of Oct for Nov. Payment which of course was not credited to Nov. Every month there is a problem going on that just seems to get worse, to the point now were we now have a 60 day late on our credit history. And still no remedy in affect. Except that we received a phone call from America's Serving Company now saying it is someone else that is at fault regarding this matter and we still owe 3 payments. We have now taken to paying by cert.

Cashiers check, and they still can't seem to get the payments credited to our account for thirty days after they should have recieved the payment. Not to mention that they let our insurancse lapse after we submitted all information they would have needed to to pay it. (p.I.T. I loan) now instead of $402.00 we our now currently paying over a thousand dollars a year.
