Fraud with non-cancelable agreement

After 8 years, I found another company with better rates. LFG had automatic monthly withdrawal of $24.95. I was told I could end the contract after 2 years. My letters went unanswered. All phone calls said they did not have me in their account, yet they continued to withdraw $24.95 monthly. Forced to change banks.

I sent them many more letters after continuous collection letter/calls including Cease and Desist. My next step is to file a complaint with Attorney General, BBB complaint, and civil suit. They continue to charge me monthly (on paper).incredible greed... After 8 years (96 months) $2,400, they want more. It is like organized crime.
