Axis Remit-They are taking money from US bank and not transmit

They are taking money from US bank and in the name of Verifying account, does not remit the money for 5 Days, and no change of status in the Verify account. I talked and mailed to their Customer service people, but they always says, we will let you know. You cannot register this complain in their website, they do not write any specific reason for this delay and I do not know how I may get this money back which have withdrawn from my US account and have not been remitted to india account.

Also the customer service will always ask for your date of birth and some of them will insist upon that to expose your security like this date of birth on phone. They are actually a bunch of Non professional people in Banking sector. I may take legal action against them
