AXIS Bank - Home Loan EMI not getting deducted correctly

I've AXIS lender mortgage loan. They're not subtracting my EMI when I had settled 1,00, 00o extra add up to be modified towards my primary. Nevertheless AXIS lender says the thing is since the extra quantity isn't modified therefore it seems that I've more resources and therefore EMI isn't obtaining taken according to the routine.

I'm calling them for that previous 1.5 weeks and every time I notice it gets modified that evening and also the EMI is likely to be taken. Nevertheless It doesn't occur. And so I am attempting to undestand:
