LLC Watch out for this company for your refinance, total SCAM

We should have looked at the other complaints about this company, Loan Depot. They made us give them every financial paper known to man. Have everything on us. They promised that our house would appraise high enough and there was no risk to our $495 appraisal fee money we fronted. We had an appraisal just over a year ago that was $110,000 higher than their appraiser came back with. Not only did they not give us the refinance but they kept our $495 and paid the appraiser $275. The appraiser didn't even try to find real comps. They finished their appraisal in a day and came back so low we couldn't believe it. Our house is very nice and worth much more than what they said. We are convinced that this is a SCAM to get your $495. Do not be fooled, like we were.
