They were very rude

This company Auto Tech Auto aka SIA is by far the biggest Rip Off I ve Ever seen. This company is known for fixing computers for your Car. They promised me to fix mine and i was excited very friendly while ripping you off or at first. They made me ship it to them vs. Sending me a return label then told me if they cant fix it they will provide me a used or rebuilt one.
5 days later they received my order so i called them and told them dont ship it untill you contact me. The following day i called and they shipped it and said there was nothing wrong with my computer ECM. They were very rude because they found out that they are dumb. I called and spoke to a guy named manny very smart when it comes to rip you off but when there is an issue he will tell you "I am just a Sales Person" then transfer you to a voice mail. Do not do business with these guys trust me i would not waste my time filling a report for no reason. What They did to me?
They could not fix my Item so charged me anyways because they call it "ServicE FEE" I love shopping online but these idiots proved to me that we can change your mind no disrespect to folks in illinois but these must be the dumbest group of people i ve talked to
