Repeated calls for former students using our phone number

How do you get them to quit calling? I'm a grandmother and have two grandchildren who were going to school but aren't now. They apparently both used our phone number when attending school. We are getting call after call from Nelnet. I showed April 3 as the date (see above), but the calls are received daily.
