Nelnet Student Loan Servicing Impossible payback

Nelnet loan never shows any reduction in principle. I have been paying since 2006 and for the first four years there was no reduction in loan amount as it all went to fees or interest.in fact the loan amt was increased due to the fees. I am already in my 60's and I will be paying until I die with increasing payment amounts that are nearly impossible to pay unless I have multiple jobs. I continue to utilize my degree after retirement to benefit children in low socioeconomic areas but I have to have 2 jobs to survive. This company is ruthless.
