Back in 2007 my belongings were stolen from a party i was attending, years later i find out i have all sorts of inquires in my credit and of course get these dropped. Then i get served at my job with a garnishment for midland funding had no idea who that was, and to find out its for a cc i have never owned... I believe this was an identity theft thing, and for damn sure not paying a penny for something i never had... I filed a hearing and looks like they didnt my full name correct and have to do some more investigating. Pulled my credit reports and this is not coming up on any of the reports.

I will see them in court again in a few weeks
