Garnished For Old Aspire Card Debt Reported Three Times

I had a credit card for the amount of $280 that went delinquent in 2004 due to unemployed. I never heard from the original company which was Aspire. Then all of a sudden in 2011 my check got garnished for $1093 by Midland Funding for Aspire. They reported this garnishment on my credit report and it shows up like three different garnishments which prevents me from getting credit at a lot ao places due to this. They also show up like I only paid one & two shows still delinquent. I can't contact Midland Funding so I guess my credit will remain in the dumps.
