Ripoff reprehensible money sucking leeches

Ft mortgage through fha granted us a mortgage in 12-98. After living in the house with my terminally ill father and 5 year old son we found many problems with the house which led to 25,000 in emergency repairs. This caused me to become delinquent in my paayments. I addressed the non-disclosure issues and found that the real estate agent and the seller had filed bankruptcy so i could not recover damages from them. I contacted fha who would take no resposibility. During that time they has cinsiderably scaled down their requirements for lending.

They have since reinstitiuted more stringent guidelines. Ft mortgage refused to even discuss a payment plan. Cosequently i filed a chapter 13. Ft mortgage aka first hoizon has constantly made mistakes with misapplied payments. They put me back into foreclosure even after a judge reaffirmed the banruptcy. They listed my house for sheriff's sale. Their own attorney's were unable to reach them for 3 months. Now they have tacked on 6000 in legal fees to be payed at the end of the bankruptcy in 16 months. First horizon during this time refused to accept mortgage payments thereby effecting my ability to refinance with another company. Now they refuse to take payment until i can become current or they will add it to the existing bankruptcy and will increase the trustee payment from 460/mth to 980/mth plus the existing mortgage payment of 970/mth.

They are aware that this is beyond my income limitations. My father has since passed away and my son and i are going to lose our home beacuse of first horizon's unethical (to say the least) practices. We will be homeless and they can't even be reached by phone or email. I have cintacted congressmen and senators. First horizon or ft mortgage will not respond. They are single minded in their quest to take our home. I am desperate. I have been trying to keep a home for myself and my son and now i will lose my home and custody of my son if these peolple are allowed to do this. What can we do? Any help would be appreciated
