If you have had problems with GE Money Bank, (GEMB), please contact your states' Attorney General's Office immediately. Most states allow you to file a complaint online; it typically takes about 20 minutes if you have all your information ready. I have spoken with several private attorneys who specialize in Class Action lawsuits. GEMB is on many a state's 'watch-list.' PS: I filed with my A. G and within 2 weeks, GEMB had reversed all the fees, never admitting fault or error. No matter: I paid the account in full that day. Done and never again to do business with GE Money Bank.
