Very rude and racist! - Fixed Rate Credit Card

I am located in union city california and i went to safeway because a us bank was located inside and there was only one guy that was helping a lady i was waiting for 20 min he didnt even say i will help u in a minute or nothing he saw me and let me stand for 20 min while he was done! After 20 min he ask me can i help u? I told him i need it to cash a check he saw my passaport and i had a mexican passaport because i am still waiitng on my california id, he said i cannot cash your check because i cannot read spanish and we dont cash checks to people who dont have there english id. He was very racist and had a very very bad customer service need to improve in attitude and customer service and he said he was the manager? What kind of managers does us bank have? He's name was mustafa yonus.
Us bank needs to not hire people with very bad attitude and racist! I am very dissapointed.
