Con Artists

I hired a van on the 15th march, they took a £500 deposit, and as of the 11th April they still have not returned it. I wish I had found this website before hiring with them as they are complete Con Artists. I have spoken with Trading standards and they have advised they are in breach of the "Supply of goods and services act 1982" but even when I tell them that they dont seem to care! I have written into Watchdog about this company and suggest other do so too!
