Charges without authorization or service requested from them in my credit card

In my credit card account appeared 2 pending (until today's date) charges for $ 1.00 and 31.95 from April 3rd I had not requested any service from this company and I have not idea how they got my card info, the bank had been notified about this and I have to contact my credit card company.
