Taking money and doing nothing

They'd me spend $3,500.00 on t6he promiss they might document previous fees and assist me to enter an arrangement sith the government. They started nearly 8 weeks earlier getting cash from my banking account with no signed contract. I named them back plus they hadn't actually began to manage my situation or recommend me of the next phase.in mid they stated these were likely to be much more costly so when I reveived their new payment routine, I'd created yet another cost after which terminated my contract together. Given that they did nothing, I requested for my money-back via Qualified Email, Fax, and Telephone. I later obtained a notice stating they wouldn't credit anything back. The two different agreements they delivered me were distinct. All I'd like is my money-back!
