Carl B. Smalls, Managing Director and CEO, terminated my services effective April 18. However, eight months after my termination, he still refuses to pay me wages for time worked in April, my vacation time, bonus, 401 K, and he refuses to send me a copy of my employment file.

Two weeks after he fired me, he sent me a separation agreement which I refused to sign. Therefore, he refuses to pay me.

WILMOCO Capital Management, LLC is an investment firm located downtown Detriot, MI. Trust is one of the major factors when one considers an investment firm. As it turned out, I could not trust Carl/WILMOCO. He breached our employment agreement, he refuses to pay me my April wages, he even refuses to send me a copy my employment file. All of these issues violate employments laws.

My family and I could not afford the mistake I made by trusting this man and his company.

His tag line should be, "The small investment company that is making a name for itself by swindling others."
