Upgraded security, cannot get to account, incurred interest on credit card as result. Virginia beach virginia

Ecently chartway had customers enter upgraded info to access account. My new info gets me to step 3 then reverts to enter account #. Have talked to numerous technical persons who cannot fix problem. Asked that my mastercard statement be mailed to me. 15 days later no statement. Last week got letter stating account is past due. And will be reported to credit reporting agencies if $20 not sent now. Normally this credit card is paid in full each month. When asked to close savings account was told it would cost $3.
