Loan sold without consent, falsely shown behind, foreclosure dismissed

First, I never asked for my mortgage to be sold to Fairbanks; I only made one payment to my original company before it was sold. They have fixed a way to show I was behind more months than I actually was. They tried to foreclose, and I could not believe it, but their attorney, after doing a little research, gave me a dismissal. She could see the scheme. I then tried to get refinanced with another company and they added so many fees that it totaled more than the original mortgage. They tried to add bogus fees for the attorney. I have had to be under medical treatment because of this company. Where are our rights as Americans? Someone can obligate your hard-earned money to someone with the record they have; you would never have chosen them, especially with their track record. Also, last year I was sent papers for a class action suit against them. Whatever happened with that? We need the ACLU to go after them or our congressmen to look into this company.
