Worst Customer Service EVER!

I got a company journey and reserved through the American Express Travel website. I delivered from my company journey and had a need to cost my visit to the customer. To be able to achieve this, I want an itemized bill (taxs, costs, bottom price, etc).

Used to donot get one from their store, and so I called the resort. They stated I arranged my journey through Travelocity, so that they could not support. And so I named AMEX Journey and unearthed that they utilize Travelocity like a back end scheduling engine. I expected to get a bill as well as your broker stated 'certain! It'll be 24 hours.' A day later I obtained a low-itemized bill, therefore I named and also the same thing happened again. And again. I required the 4th period and was GUARANTEED that the itemized bill could be delivered to me within 5 business days. Per week 5 pass and that I call again. I'm informed they cannot offer an itemized bill. Then somebody informs me I will and it'll be another couple times. Then another person sets me on-hold for 20 mins and not accumulates. Therefore I call-back. Each individual I keep in touch with claims different things.

And thus 7 calls along with a month later I've no bill. And today they're informing me to mail.

Let Us just say I actually donot have high expectations for that results of this. And it is unfortunate. A sizable company like AMEX has got the assets to become proficient at what it will, but rather it decides to not be. I'll never guide through AMEX journey again and motivate all others to not make use of the support aswell.
