Rip off, foreclosure, forebearance, nightmare continues. Salt Lake City

After reading more about what this company has done to people's lives, I believe more has to be done. I thought that it was only happening to me, I guess that is why I simply accepted the reality of this situation. So many conversations about lost checks, insurance payments, applying the payments after the end of the month that finally led to the foreclosure, it makes me sick to remember.

The sad part is, it isn't over. Right now I am in a Forebearance with this company. I am paying 150 over my regular payment. It was supposed to go to taxes, butI found out it is going to the fees, NOT that they are paying them yet, my money is sitting in a suspense account, frozen.

I called the company to see if they would pay my taxes on the property with that money. I was put on hold for about 20m. I was basically laughed at. I was told, like I have been for the past 9 months, that my mortgage is being rewritten in order to save my property. The nightmare continues. It has affected more than my credit, it has affected my personel relationships, and my overall mental health, as It has thousands and thousands of others. I know I will never reap all my losses.

My mortgage from the conti-foreclosure. My credit at that time was spotless. It wasn't three months with Fairbanks that my problems began. A lost check. Then I needed 2 payments. Plus fees. The check was not posted for almost a month. This sent out some inspection guy, which added another costly fee. Then it was insurance coverage. They were taking part of my payment and putting it on an insurance fee. Needless to say I had more than ample coverage. They said I needed 350,000 of on a 65,000 dollar home. So I was 2months behind. I got layed off from my job at this time. So I was always playing catch up, while accumulating many fees. Finaaly, they got a payment and a half on jan 3, that I sent out before Christmas. They refused the payment, which was a money order, and foreclosed.

It was a long story made short. I am sure thousands of others can fill in the blanks by their own personal experience. I just want to get away form this company for good. I am waiting for the class action law suit to be finalized, yet I know I will not be reimbursed close to what I am due, if I get anything. This is truly a "fleecing of America".
