Sister was payee over my ssi did not receive money or bills werent paid believe money is still in acct from dec but will not help new payee to receive those monies and we need her cooperation to follow through with direct expess and ssi i just need money due from december in the amount of 676.00 i now have had a mastectomy fron cancer and could use the money for further medical supplies
