Wizard 101 kept billing me monthly and never responded to any emails

On 24 September I bought coins along with a account for my boy on Magician 101. The coins never seemed and that I needed to email the website for help. They offered me some instructions, however the coins and additional accessories in the account never confirmed and my boy was never ready to gain access to new regions of the sport. I sent the website on 3 distinct events requesting cancelation of the account and return of resources because of services unrendered. Magician 101 held billing me regular and not answered to any emails. I'd to contact the financial institution to safeguard my bill. MAGICIAN 101 is just a fraud!
