Promised to deal with an unenforceable credit agreement within 90 days and added nearly 1000 to my credit card

This company madare of this but did not tell mee an unsolicited call to me at the end of August. They advised that my credit card company had acted unlawfully by continually increasing my credit limit without asking me. They claimed that they could reduce the amount owed on my card and if I agreed to pay them one third of my owed balance, if they were successful that's all I would owe. If they were unsuccessful, they would remove their fee from my card. They sent me a contract to sign which unfortunately I did. Since then they have done absolutely nothing when I write to them they don't reply, when I call them the call handler advises me my complaint handler is on another call and will call me back when free. They never do. I have asked for my money back and they have refused. Recent test cases on this subject all found in favour of the credit card companies so making any successful outcome extremely unlikely. A fact they would be aware of.
