Ripoff, double fees, mismanaged escrow, foresclosure notices

This company charges phantom fees, and then tacks late fees on when you don't pay these fees.in one bill, our loan went from $560 to $930. They claim they are paying escrow, but we still get bills that are unpaid. We have had 2 foreclosure notices because we refuse to pay the escrow or the late fees. These people need to be stopped, I don't care what their name is now.
