Credit Limit Increase Fee Triggered Over-Limit Fees

I was keep my payments up with them. Then I requested a increase on my credit limit. Without them letting me know they added a $49.00 charge for this which in fact cause my account

To go over it's credit limit. Then they started adding a $35.00 over the limit fee and still did not let me know about this also. They did state that they made a mistake in over charging me a fee of $49.00 and said they were going to take it off. But they never did. They lie to me again. This is not right at all what they are doing to my credit at all.

Now they say I owe them $669.68. And they want a min payment of $64.00 or they are going to turn my account over to the collection department.

I am not going to pay for their mistakes that is for sure.
And if they are doing business like this with me no telling who else they have mess over. If you know what I mean...

They are so nice at first when you become a member and get a credit card. Then the first time they can mess you up. Your a second rate customer. This is totally unfair treatment I
think...

Something must be done to stop companies like Chase Bank from doing this to hard working people.
