I canceled & still being charged

I named to stop in early September. I eventually got through after fourteen days of the chaotic signal. Talked to Jeremy about the telephone, who had been completely ridiculous and rude. I discussed that I needed to stop which I had been on the every month agreement. He explained I'd be terminated by September. I expected to get a supervisor and he explained there is none. He then stated she was about the telephone. He stayed rude and that I informed himi was calling the Greater Business Office, his reaction to which was a hang-up. Obviously, I've not had the opportunity to get hold of anybody for the reason that office again.

I'm completely dissatisfied and certainly will contact the Greater Business Institution following this criticism. They've no concept on the best way to handle their clients, they're just thinking about receiving people!
