A black 1994 Mitsubishi 3000 GT was taken to Automotive Unlimited on Friday June 25, because of a Transmission Failure.
Peter Spenter, who represented himself as the owner of the repair shop demanded payment in full before any work would be done.
The total amount of repairs was $1,750.00. This amount was given in cash to Ms. Cassandra Herrera - The Officer Manager and girl friend to Peter Spenter.
Peter assured me that the car would be ready to go with a completly rebuilt transmission and oil cooler by Wednesday June 30. With a 3 Year unlimited warranty. Peter lied to me every day until Teddie Diez took over as shop manager.
The transmission was removed and the front wheels removed and stayed on the rack until Last Friday, July 23. It has been taken off of the rack but is still not running.
A Mr. Teddie Diez took over as shop manage the second week in July and asured me that he personally would oversee the project. Teddie Diez has lied to me every day since.
I have to call several times before anyone answers the telephon and then no one is available to answer my calls.
