I-smart business I have been contacting this company for years now with reagrds to bank charges and PPI, they informed me that i was owed money but have yet to give it to, they have said that a cheque was sent but to Northants

I have contacted this company on so many occassions and have been referred to so many people, however, it never gets rectified and now i have heard from them since July even though they have informed me that a cheque was sent for 265, i informed them that they sent to the wrong address and they said they would contact accounts payable to find out if the cheque had been cashed.

The reference number for my case is REF: 917/50541

I have contacted update@i-smartbusiness.co.uk nad customer relations and accounts payble but i have still not had an answe
