Loan Modification Nightmare - loan modification

Beginning in Jan, I started trying to receive a loan modification from Chase. It's been an endless nightmare ever since. My job is stable as is my income, however, when I ended my engagement & my ex fiance moved out, we decided I'd keep our home seeing as my children have grown up here - he was from out of state & moved back to his home state in 9/08. After numerous "misplaced/outdated/missing documents" that I sent about 11 times, completion of a forbearance plan that lasted for 6 months instead of 3 with payments exceeding 50% of my monthly gross income (I sucked it up & let other things fall apart), numerous "single points of contact, " etc., I hired an attorney. ALL contact is supposed to go through him, however, the "single point of contact du jour" continue to call & harrass me (quite rudely), & refuse to contact my attorney. I've sent in payments & they either send them back or do nothing with them. I haven't received a statement in over 3 years, they "lost" my CHAMP paperwork (because "we here at Chase don't do HAMP or any other gov program because HUD won't allow it." They finally denied me an FHA/HAMP a couple of months ago claiming I failed to submit the necessary documents - I've only sent them 11 times. The CHAMP contract they "never received" miraculously appeared when they sent a letter to my attorney. The forbearance payments I sent were miscalculated & were logged as incorrect amounts & the dates were off (I have all of the Western Union receipts & they don't match their accounting.

This past October, a pipe leaked in my kitchen causing mold & major damage to my kitchen & garage (underneath the kitchen). The kitchen's been ripped apart (non-functional) since October. I submitted a claim with my insurance & because it was over 10K, both Chase & I had to endorse the check. The check now sits at Chase's Loss Draft Dept. & I'm still without a functional kitchen. ALL necessary paperwork has been sent by me, Arbella Insurance & my contractor, however, Chase claims they haven't received it. So, we all sent it again. Still no check for the contractor, still no kitchen, still in limbo, still not contacting my attorney.
