Ruined my credit by trying to take money from account (unauthorized)! Rip-off!

I made payment arrangements for a medical debt thru this company (stupid me!). I scheduled 5 payments to be taken from my account over five months, and then I was to be contacted to set up some more. Well, they took the five just as we agreed, but now they are trying to take more!

They tried to take $100 last week which the bank did not pay because there wasn't any money in there, but it sure didn't stop the bank from charging me a NSF fee! THEN I checked my credit report, and they listed this one account as TWELVE seperate accounts on my report, so that is totally ruined now. Anyone have any suggestions?
