Employed Sterling Fee Systems for 3 years for my two small company places. Contract was, no agreement expression and that I might abandon any moment I wasn't pleased with NO termination charges or strings. After 3 years, they started to charge my take into account issues for example $49 EACH AREA conformity costs for Dodd Frank regulation (not really a legitimate move-thru from Interchange Bank) and so I named my repetition and transformed to a different processor. They debited my bill $395 to get a firing charge so when I objected, they decided it had been an error because of conditions of my agreement and stated easily'd stop cost about the cost they'd return the end-pay expenses. I posted lender bills for that $57 complete end-pay costs which plus they dismissed them-and didn't return calls or emails. Then they extended to withhold ach debits for regular service costs for another month but still do not return calls to customer support. Don't allow these thieves obtain access to your consideration. You will have a moment obtaining them out-of their hair and they're going to nickel-and-dime you to death.
