Credit Report Wrongly Says Included in Bankruptcy After Dispute

After I disputed, this company wrote "Included in Bankruptcy" on my credit report. I have never filed bankruptcy. One of their employees made a mistake by sending me a signed copy of a dispute letter that says to delete this account from my credit bureau. So I called this company, and everyone I talked to said they can't do anything about it. That is not true. Someone can, and maybe this will be brought to their attention while I consult with attorneys.
