Ripoff illegal practices fraudulant deceptive dishonest crooks

This company, after dispute, writes on my credit report "Included in Bankruptcy". I have never filed bankruptcy. One of their employees made a mistake by sending me a signed copy of a dispute letter that says to delete this account from my credit bureau. So I called this company and everyone I talked said they can't do anything about it. BULL! Someone can, maybe this will be brought to their attention while I consult with attorneys.
