Stealing $40 from my account

IB promises to possess delivered me a $40 protection system in '07, however the system was never obtained or utilized in yesteryear 4 decades of trading with IB. They WOn't provide me my money-back to get a system which was never obtained. They declare to possess delivered it via DHL however they don't have any tracking number. I never required this product and also have never applied it to login. IB is steeling $40 from me. Amazing.
